Position scope

Supports users in troubleshooting of Business Intelligence applications .

Responsabilities

· In charge of ensuring deliverables on different technologies needed for BI business requirements
· Provide support and assistance to internal customers on daily basis operations
· Capable to debug applications, to fix problems and add new corrective functionalities to the systems, according to the business requirements.
· Understand priority in order to ensure the requested Service level to the Business.

Requirements

Education: Faculty Informatics, Business Management, Statistics, or similar.

Competences :

· Strong English knowledge, Italian knowledge is a plus
· Good communication skills and customer orientation
· Good problem solving skills
· Ability to prioritize and executes tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced and changing environment.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Availability to travel abroad and participating at international task/activities

Skills

· Hyperion Planning - Multidimensional database model – mandatory
· Hyperion Planning - Calculatation manager Business Rules and Essbase calc scripts - mandatory
· Hyperion Planning - Working on environment at least from release 11.1.2.2 artifact (dimension, form, task list, menu, etc.), shared services (profiling and migration) – mandatory
· Hyperion Planning - Infrastructure operating around Planning (scheme, data source, log) – base
· SQL – Database model – mandatory
· SQL – Database Operations (procedures) - mandatory
· FDMEE - plus

Experience: 1 to 2 years work experience in application support/ or similar IT field.

Others: IT experience and business processes knowledge is desirable.

English language advanced level

Italian language is desirable
