T he VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions

Integrated in the HR &Professional services Corporate Procurement Department , his/her mission will be to support the team, and more specifically:

Support Specialist Buyers in Global negotiations for training, recruitment, relocation, consulting, R&D services

·
Lead small and medium project negotiations under the Specialized Buyer supervision

·
Support Specialized Buyer for the preparation and realization of Business Review with recommended suppliers

·
Contribute to the definition of the category procurement strategy (market analysis, benchmarks, etc.)

·
Be proactive in suggesting continuous improvements in process, methodology, etc.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Education:
· 
5 years degree in Business , Economy or ADE…

· 
In additional: MBA, Master and others

· 
Purchasing studies are expected

Technical Field:
· 
Ability to run Purchasing RFP

· 
Scoring

· 
Negotiation

· 
Knowledge in professional services is a plus

Work experience needed:
· 
- 1-2 year experience in a procurement organisation ( internship or full time contract

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge):

· 
Fluent in English, Notion in Spanish is a plus

Personal abilities or skills:

·
