What do you get to do in this position?

· Performs a variety of engineering work which may be related to process design/layout; mechanical; manufacturing; tooling, and safety.
· Works on daily and long term problems/projects using manufacturing, quality, and Schneider Production System (SPS) tools to resolve issues. ie. PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, SAP, work orders, layout, etc.
· Will be in charge of the replenishment for H&D and secure power.
· Supports process tooling, fixture, and equipment design, purchase, and maintenance along with development of Capital expenditure proposals.
· He/she will be responsible of the upstream flow for the materials, making sure we receive them on time and avoid any barrier related to logistics.
· Serves manufacturing operations as KEY SUPPORT person leading resolutions to problems, implementing improvement, and leading projects to completion.

This job might be for you if:

·  Bachelor’s degree in a field of Engineering, IE, ME, EE
·  Proven experience as manufacturing engineer, continous improvement engineer, or similar 3yrs
·  Good communication skills
·  English advanced B2
· 
·  In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles
·  Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time studies, and process balancing
