Job description

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions

1/ be the contact point between schneider asia plant & europe plants – and solve issue on escalation request on service levels

2/ put in place regular meeting between the appropriate plant in order to provid anticipation and clear vision on priority Finish good to ship from asia to europe but also from europe to asia

3/ support global supply chain planning in action plan to improve service delivery in both region Europe and asia

4/ make regular gamba analysis in partnership with asia lean - performance team to improve safety stock availability and manufacturing reliability
5/ alert on risk on production delay and or risk on supplier of plant and put in place proactive solution maode

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Profile and Competences

Education: Engineer

Technical Field: manufacturing – logistic – planning – S&OP

Work experience needed: 1-2 years manufacturing operation

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English fluent - french

Personal abilities or skills: adaptability to other culture – open communication -
