T he VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

MISSIONS
For our plant MESA, based in Mungia (Spain), we are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks helping the HRBP and the HR Technician with a specific focus on the following missions:
1/ Administration: update HR database (e.g. new hires, sick leaves, files of temporary workers), process employees requests, maintain employees' records, help trainees with the internship agreements, make order managements, maintain contact list…
2/ Health & Safety: help the Health & Safety Manager in basic tasks of health & safety like maintain the platform of subcontractors, implement new action plans, manage the compulsory trainings of H&S for the employees…
3/ Learning: monitor the compulsory training hours of employees, organize the Learning Week and the Learning Day with the HR team, reimburse the courses done during the year and provide general support for visitors who come to give courses.
4/ Internal Communication: prepare reports and presentations for special occasions, send different kind of messages by email to the employees, update posters…
5/ Calendar actions: there are different events that need a logistic help like WESOP (annual capital increase plan) One Voice (global employee survey designed to make each employee's voice heard), International Woman Day, Team Building…

Qualifications :
Education: Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, Human Resources Management
Technical Field: Human Resources
Work experience needed: Is not a must
Requested languages: English and Spanish FLUENT
Personal abilities or skills:
- MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular),
- general administrative knowledge,
- Health & Safety knowledge (valuable),
- SAP (valuable),
- Soft skills : reliable, common sense, responsible, self-sufficient, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, customer-oriented mindset.
