T he VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions

Performance Metrics: 40%

1/ Publish the monthly dashboard about digital transformation for Schneider Electric

2/ Participate in content development for the dashboard and Business Intelligence tool expansion

3/ Collaborate with other teams from different countries and organizations to collect monthly digital transformation metrics

Community Strategy 10%

4/ Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of the dashboard's deployment strategy across Schneider Electric organization.

Community Management 50%

5/ Talk to and listen to the different communities of users to generate insights and create actionable reports that lead to optimization

6/ Create and maintain engaging content, including writing posts and status updates

7/ Participate to user exchanges to foster community engagement and add value to user experience

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Education: Business, with strong interest in communication

Technical Field: strong Microsoft Office Excel skills needed.

Work experience needed:12 months' experience in related field

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English fluent

Personal abilities or skills: Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Attention to details; Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills; Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones and cultures to foster a cohesive and creative work environment; Proactivity and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
