Verification Leader

In the context of the development of our next generation of Engineering Software dedicated to our Digital Plant Programmable Automation Controllers, you will be in charge of the Verification activities during the development of this new offer.

Job Description:
· Lead and animate the Verification activities for the projects under his/her responsibility.
· Define the test strategy and contribute to the definition of test plans including workload estimates, staffing and Hardware configuration required.
· Translate the Epics, User Stories into test cases, working closely with the Product Owner and the development team.
· Insure the test coverage level according to the target defined.
· Follow and report on test activities progress.
· Strongly invest on test automation.
· Follow-up the testing for each SRS according to quality, delays, and costs.
· Investigate, deploy new processes, technologies, tools to increase the skills and the efficiency of the team in test area.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Profile:

Test Engineer with at least 3-5 years of experience in Verification or Validation activities.

Skilled in:
·  Knowledge of Test processes and tools for test plans definition, test cases execution, test progress reporting, defect management
·  Experience in test automation and related tools (ex: TestComplete)
·  Knowledge of Automation domain (Programmable Logic Controllers, IEC1131 Engineering Software, …) and if possible knowledge of Schneider offers in this area (M340, M580 PLCs, Unity Pro)
·  Knowledge of Microsoft development environment (TFS)
·  Experience in Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall development process
·  Ability to work in a multi-site context.
·  Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills
·  Energetic, high motivation
·  Fluent in English
