Training Supervisor - Learning Experience Specialist

This role is responsible for the design and development of innovative learning solutions and learning experiences - both for the entry level employee and the experienced employee. The role holder is expected to be a credible influencer to drive the learning transformation and create a culture of continuous learning and growth at Schneider Electric.

Main missions

· Manage the production of learning solutions and experiences through use of the TWI methodology.
· Development of Job Breakdown Sheets, eLearning methods, Training videos, etc.
· Ensure that all documentation is placed under document control for compliance to ISO IMS and SPS.
· Development of cross training program and associated tracking tool.

Qualifications :

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to influence and engage Training team as well as other stakeholders and subject matter experts
·  Strong project management skills
·  Demonstrated working knowledge of global training trends, including digital learning, instructional design, learning life-cycle management
·  Knowledge of ISO Standards and procedures
·  Results and customer service oriented
