Job Profile:

· Analyse requests and specifications from customers and recommend quote / no quote.
· Proposes optimum solutions and support in defining the projects execution plans (with support of design engineers and back offices).
· Prepares complete proposals in the standard presentation format.
· Supports Sales team for all influence/specification issues.
· Revise proposals to accommodate the customers’ comments and reply to the customers’ queries whenever required.
· Contact suppliers and subcontractors for non-standard components whenever required.
· Control reliability of the quotations (prices, contractual conditions and gross margin).
· Calculate the prices as per the guidelines and procedures.
· Manage the proposals and contracts review and approval cycle by involving multiple stakeholders
· Participate in techno-commercial discussions with Customer along with Sales for finalizing the contract.
· Prepare contract review and participate in Project Launch.
· Assess the tools, methods and competencies within the bid team and propose all necessary improvements and changes.
· Monitor and review the assigned jobs for timely completion and quality of services.
· Keep track of expected projects (targeted projects) in consultation with Tendering Engineers and sales team.

Skills and Experiences;

· University degree in Engineering
· Minimum 5 years successful experience in Tendering or Contracts management.
· Knowledge in Schneider-Electric or Aveva software portfolio is a plus
· Good knowledge of financial aspects and CCO
· Middle-East Experience would be a plus
· Very good knowledge / experience in Commercial risks
· Very good knowledge / experience in planning and logistics aspects
· Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus
· Hands on experience in Microsoft office and Tendering Tools
· Knowledge of ERP system would be a plus
· Self-motivated, team player with good time management, verbal and written communication skills, highly adaptive and flexible.
