2-Job Description



Mission :

Junior buyer responsabilities, supporting business activities of Purchasing team focus on Industrial Services and Investments (Industrial means for Production ).

Our Geographical scope is EMEA, from the strategy definition till the deployment of major action plan with our different Stakeholders (Industrial factories, Business units,...)

Your role will be focus on (according your autonomy) different actions linked to our Purchasing processes :

-Sourcing : market study, identification,and collect information. Summarize information and trend on our environment in order to adress our strategy

-Needs analysis : be part of our process to collect data from our stakeholders, linked to our main projects like ISM (Integrated Supply Management), global program on going deployment whitn EMEA. 2016 will be the year to accelerate deployment and introduction new initiatives like Drawing spare parts, Calibration metrology means, Workwear, etc

-Project Management : contribute to project animation with Project Manager, in order to handle : analysis, RFQ,Negotiation, Decision, Implementation, and Animation-Report, scope of 100 plants.

-Purchaser operational task by delegation : Global agreement implementation with our stakeholders, after agreement validation, organize communication and effective implementation with stakeholders.

-Supplier Management : participate activelly to this process, supplier evaluation performance with ours tools, communicate, benchmark...

-E-sourcing tools : Ariba incl E-auction

-E-procurement tool, E-catalog

Processes and Best Practices orientation :

-Total cost Ownership orientation

-Promote and use innovative solution to the Community

-Contract policy

-Projects promotion, kit com, stakeholders relationship are cructial

3-Profile


Expected skills and motivations :

You want to prepare a high level Purchasing Master Degree

Computer Data Management required (Microsoft imperative, PPT, Web Site), ERP like SAP, Procurement tool

You are interested in project management :

-Motivation, Engagement, Operational

-Communication, Self convident in Human contact, Social relationship

-Capacity to work in team, Team player

-Autonomy, report

-Basic notion in Purchasing on going development

Languages: Fluent English & good level in French


4-Environment


You will work in conjunction with customers and suppliers on an international scope

Some business trip are possible

You will receive high level of Purchasing job development

Home field is located in Dijon (21) - France
