Job description

Objective

Purchasing Specialist will carry out and support, project and service team inccluding cooperates with all relevant departmentsand suppliers

Main responsibilities

· Purchase orders creation and monitoring
· Anticipate and minimise any logistic risk before and during material delivery
· Secure fulfilment of suppliers contractual terms and conditions in accordance with sales needs
· Organize deliveries from suppliers/warehouse to final customers according to agreed contractual conditions, including packing, transport, customs formalities, certifications, insurance, etc...
· Coordination of new article creation in internal systems including communication with all relevant departmentsand suppliers to ensure the smooth introduction of new articles or updates of existing articles
· Implement necessary actions to achieve project’s objectives and customer’s satisfaction.
· Follow internal procedures & templates

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Specific requirements

The employee should have minimum Bachelor´s degree

1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service - preferably

Advanced English language (verbal and written)

Experience with SAP - preferably

Ability to create good relationship within the department, others team and vendors.

This job position requires advanced knowlegde level of PC skills – MS Excel, MS Work

Part of this job may include rare foreign business trips.
