Lead Business training

Guide end users (globally) through our vendor tools environment and ticketing tool for an efficient management and troubleshooting.

Support sites in deploying the tools related to Schneider Electric Vendor database. Manage technical modifications and/or enhancements that the systems might require, directly with our supplier, ensuring expected benefits from business. Follow up our tools availability and the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Qualification of issues, launch corrective actions and incident management.

Maintain and promote our global business rules to make sure no discrepancies are found in our databases.
