Context

Within Industry Business unit, the newly created IIoT solutions team is focusing on bringing our digital services approach to the next level. IIoT solutions centralize the digital capabilities in Industry BU to create IIoT offers for our target segments, develop digital solutions in a consistent and efficient way while paving the way to our IIoT platform offering.

Mission

The mission of the IIoT Project manager is to lead the offer creation of one or several IIoT projects, synchronizing all function such as Marketing, Launch, Design and Test, Technical publication, Industrialization, Quality.

Those projects are innovative: corporate models, infrastructure, bricks, processes & tools may not fully apply.

The position holder will define and execute the project plan, influencing throughout the organization and ensuring that the project meets its goals for customer satisfaction & quality, time to market and development expenses.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and execute the project plan.

· Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions in a multisite organization.

· Report on project progress.

· Ensure all decisions are taken to reach the project objectives (customer satisfaction & growth) in optimal conditions of profitability, quality, timing.

· Identify risks. Anticipate, propose and implement corrective actions to solve any roadblock and deviation during the project.

· Tailor the procedures and process execution in the sense of efficiency, effectiveness, and speed of new offer development, while respecting customer and quality objectives.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Background & Key skills

· Minimum 2 years experienced as a software project manager

· Good knowledge of project management methodologies

· Strong track record of delivery and understanding of software quality and risk

· Demonstrated effectiveness in working with key internal and external stakeholders

· Experienced in multi-site project development and transversal coordination with corporate teams.

· Interested in challenges, curious

· Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills

· Energetic, high motivation

· Fluent in English

· Ability to Lead in disruptive environment

· Experienced with digital technologies, Cloud development

· Operational knowledge of Schneider Electric (OCP process and tools, Industry offer…)

· Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar

Position based in Carros, France.
