Digital Marketing Jr. Specialist

Are you passionate about digital marketing, technology, and curious to learn new things? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Digital Marketing efforts in Central America. This position is based in Mexico City and will work closely with both regions.

This position reports to the Digital Customer Experience Manager and will work with product marketing, segment marketing, and marketing communications to develop and execute a Digital Marketing strategy within global corporate standards and guidelines.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible to deliver the best customer experience through our digital properties including web, mobile and social media.

Responsibilities

· Own all aspects of Schneider Electric Central America website experience
· Manage the product information and documentation database
· Manage the on-site search program
· Create, localize or repurpose content and creative assets for digital channels
· Social Media Management. Develop and execute a social strategy optimizing the content calendar based on performance results and engagement metrics
· Deliver strategic insights based on the analysis of web and social media reports
· Monitor best practices over the digital space to identify opportunities and new technologies
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with 2-4 years of Digital Marketing work experience
· English fluency is required
· Hands-on experience with a CMS
· Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
· Ability to analyze digital marketing data and take actions accordingly
· Desire and ability to learn new software is a must
· Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Effective at driving collaboration and working with cross-functional teams locally and internationally
· Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
· Great attitude, proactivity and curiosity are critical
