Schneider Electric is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Columbia, Missouri Location.

This position is accountable for administering all aspects of order-based customer service activities including customer interfacing, order entry, expediting and electronic linkage for EOEM direct account customers. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

What do you get to do in this position?

· Interfaces with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Schneider functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution and field service.
· Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer complaints and inquires, including status, production, delivery and billing inquires.
· Coordinates with customer regarding product selection, placement of order, delivery schedules, and expediting.
· Pro-actively solves problems with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship.
· Performs all order error/processing and maintenance functions for order-base and proposal-based orders.
· Provides product information which may include some technical information.
· Utilizes and maintains information in systems including bFO/SFDC, Quote to Cash, Intranet, SAP, ACE, Extranet, the Shared Drive and External Accounts Websites.
· Position will be located in the Columbia, Missouri Schneider Electric Plant.

Qualifications :

·  Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  Are flexible and have the proven ability to prioritize work, work independently and meet deadlines.
·  Have the ability to foster and maintain a good working relationship with people outside and inside of the Company.
·  Have strong mediation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
·  Have working knowledge of computer operating systems, specifically Microsoft Windows.
·  Have experience with standard business application software including MS Office, MS Excel and MS Access.
