Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines et intégré(e) à l'équipe RH de proximité pour la Direction des Achats, vous participez - avec le soutien de votre maître d'apprentissage - aux missions RH généralistes suivantes :

·  - Recrutement des stagiaires et apprentis et animation de la communauté
·  - Participation aux différentes activités RH de la Direction des Achats, en particulier : o Suivi des effectifs et des indicateurs de performance RH
o Contribution à la fiabilité des données RH
o Suivi des campagnes d'entretiens annuels et de gestion de carrière, etc

·  - Participation à différents projets RH en fonction de l'actualité de la Direction des Achats

Job requirements

Etudiant(e) en Master Ressources Humaines ou équivalent, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en stage ou apprentissage dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines opérationnelles. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités d'adaptation, votre rigueur et votre envie d'apprendre.
