A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, customer focussed Technical Service Advisor within our Earthmoving Division based at our Perth branch located in Redcliffe. Reporting through to the National Service Manager as part of a local team of 6, this role provided Technical advice and support on our range of Earthmoving equipment, in particular Wheel Loaders, to our clients throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Core Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
· Provide technical advice and support on range of Liebherr-Earthmoving products
· Act as point of call for Service teams, appointed Service Agents and customers
· Promote, sell and manage MARC and Service agreements
· Develop and implement maintenance plans
· Be the face of Liebherr-Australia Earthmoving at regular equipment performance and contract review meetings
· Promote the Liebherr brand and the quality and reliability of our products

A relevant qualification in Mobile Plant Technology / Diesel Fitting is essential coupled with OEM previous experience in earthmoving or related heavy industries. Extensive technical knowledge of Earthmoving equipment will be highly advantageous.
