Team Leader - Customer Service - Diesel Engine (m/w)

Liebherr-Components Colmar SAS is dedicated to the development, design, assembly, as well as the testing of large diesel engines. These products extend the current Liebherr diesel engine portfolio in the upper performance range.

Missions:

As Team Leader in the Commercial Service Department, you will be responsible for the following missions:

· Manage Commercial Service Administration Function
· Manage Warranty Claims Management Department inclusive of Claims Reporting and Failure Analytics related to Product Warranty processing
· Develop and commercially grow the Customer Service business (Network Development)
· Manage the current and future Service Network
· Target Setting – Spare Parts, Remanufacturing and Customer Solutions Revenue
· Budget Forecasting for sustainable growth
· Monthly actual and forecast financial reporting
· Manage Key Drivers (Staff Turnover / Customer Satisfaction)
· Manage the productivity and efficiency of your team
· Control and compliance of Quality Standards

Profile:

· Post Graduate Degree Business Management (Operations)
· Minimum of 7 to 1o years working in a customer service capacity with knowledge in Network Development, Spare Part business, Customer Service, Logistics & Stock Control, Claims Management and experience with an ERP systems
· Large Diesel Engine Application Knowledge (On Site Energy, Mining, Marine & Rail) concerning Day-to-Day operational requirements
· Commercial Large Diesel Engine Background (Service Sales & Long Term Service Contracts)
· Strong Negotiation Skills
· Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Leadership and Supervisory Skills ( Proven Track Record )
· Knowledge in speech and writing of English, German preferred
