Objectif du stage

In LIEBHERR AEROSPACE, a large panel of simulation activities is performed to demonstrate as early as possible the maturity of the system. In more and more cases, this simulation is proven efficient for the customer to also validate that the product they request is the actual realization of their need. Depth of simulation is often driven by the level of representativity which is expected. Currently, 2 existing models are very close to the actual purpose of the proposed internship:

• SVS (SCADE Virtual System) : real-time simulation of the system focused on software logic debugging.

• Dynamic simulation model : non real-time simulation of the system focused on system dynamic performance

Missions du stagiaire

The purpose of the internship will be to build a unique system simulator and to define the associated development, configuration and tooling process. This will be supported, but not limited, to the following sub-objective:

• To assess the detailed needs of a unique System Simulator among the potential users, internal or external

• To analyses the differences between the two existing models in order

• To provide maximum alignment on common parts and in particular to ensure a unique propriety (in term of development team) of the common bricks

• To look for bridges between the different tools (DYMOLA vs SCADE) in order to prevent manual transcription of common bricks from one tool to another

• To assess the interest of specific feature of one model for the other

• To build a mock-up of the system simulator with the objective to maximize the re-use of bricks built in the two existing models and automatize, as a maximum the generation of the model from the bricks

• To propose a configuration management process for common bricks and for the different models (SVS, Dynamic simulation, System Simulator)
