Reliability Engineer - Diesel Engine (m/w)

Missions :

· Compile engine operation, failure and repair data; perform analysis of data
· Coordinates the reporting of field engines’ quality and performance issues
· Participate in the investigation of failed engine components and engines. Completion of failure analysis reports as needed
· Coordinate extended components and engine failure investigations / projects as needed (measurements, metalurgical examination, etc.)
· Suggests corrective actions to prevent failures and improve product lifecycle. Advise claim disposition when needed
· Evaluate the content of product service schedule and tasks and propose optimization
· Support prospective projects targeting digital field engines support
· Work closely with other departments in the company to develop engineering solutions to prevent or overcome repetitive failures.
· Identify and lead Task Force projects as needed
· Conduct Audits regarding the implementation of the corrective actions and other field quality measures

Profile:

· Engineering Degree in mechanical, automotive or metalurgical engineering or equivalent qualification
· Training and / or courses in components’ mechanical or metalurgical failure analysis - preffered
· Good skills and knowledge in Diesel engines engineering
· Good knowledge of reliability engineering
· Strong practical and organizational skills, teamwork and high level of commitment
· Strong communication skills
· Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
· Very good MS Office skills
