Liebherr-Aerospace develops, manufactures and services aircraft flight control and actuation systems, landing gear, air management systems, on-board electronics as well as gears and gearboxes for the aerospace industry. Liebherr provides a complete OEM customer service based on a global network with maintenance, repair and overhaul services, engineering support, documentation and spare parts as well as AOG service.
Customer training represents a significant activity among the services provided by Liebherr-Aerospace to its customers (airlines, maintenance providers, and aircraft manufacturers). In order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and sustain the growth of our services, the company wishes to develop an improved customer training offer.

Objectives & Main Duties
The main objective of the project is to define the future customer training offer of Liebherr-Aerospace in terms of :
- Content and format,
- Organization of the activity,
- Marketing and commercial approach,
- Integration across Liebherr-Aerospace worldwide customer services network
This project will be commonly developed between LIEBHERR-AEROSPACE TOULOUSE (LTS) in France and LIEBHERR-AEROSPACE LINDENBERG (LLI), in Germany.
Main duties:
- Conduct a benchmark study to identify the practices from competition and other actors of the economic landscape, as well as the actual needs of our customers
- Criticize the existing training package and Liebherr positioning in this domain (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
- Taking into account customer needs, our product typology, and our educational goals, identify and propose the relevant training concepts and formats (eg blended training solutions …)
- Define the development plan of the selected concepts (budget and planning set-up)
