Liebherr NSW are seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for the role of Service Technician and Technical Service Advisor to be based at Boggabri NSW. Reporting through to the Operations Manager. The role is responsible for providing field and technical support to the customer at Boggabri Mine Site. Ideally, the successful candidate will reside or be willing to move to the local area.

Relocation assistance for those not residing locally will be considered and negotiated.

The Role:

· Identify all possible business opportunities for Liebherr
· Actively promote Liebherr as a 'solution provider'
· Understand customer's needs expectations, short and long term requirements
· Provide product support to customers: shutdown support, product support solutions, advise customers on maintenance specifics
· Possess a sound understanding of LAS capabilities to promote to customers. Including all facets of business: product support, warranty, parts, parts programs and labour.
· Ensure the customer is supplied with all applicable communication relevant to goods and services provided
· Assist with warranty resolution (customer)
· Provide feedback to the Technical Support group as required

Your profile:

· Trade Certification
· Extensive customer support experience, motivation and excellent communication skills
· Previous experience in a similar role working with excavators.
· A current driver’s licence.
