Procurement Excellence Analyst (F/H)

The primary mission of the Procurement Excellence Analyst will be to support the Procurement Excellence Manager who takes responsibility for global procurement processes and continuous improvement:

· Support the Procurement Excellence manager in the definition of Procurement & Sourcing best practices in conjunction with local procurement teams in targeted areas
· Support simplification across procurement within AXA through the implementation of simpler for sourcing & procurement practices
· Support the implementation of the vendor management program that will be at the core of AXA's ability to leverage external suppliers and competencies, e.g coordination with buyers across the team, implementation of governance, enforcement of standard principles and templates, communication and sharepoint management
· Support opportunity assessments, studies or projects as prioritized by the procurement community

The Procurement Excellence Analyst will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with:

· Group Procurement department (Vendor program manager, business partners & category managers, buyers)
· Entities : procurement family (buyers)

The Procurement Excellence Analyst will define with the Procurement Excellence Manager his/her priorities, structures challenges and establishes action plans.

Some visits to entities could be required.

The Procurement Excellence Analyst will report to the Procurement Excellence Manager.

Qualifications :

The Procurement Excellence Analyst must combine technical and soft skills in a global, multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.

Technical skills

·  Background in project management in a global environment
·  Familiar with procurement strategies and associated business stakes
·  English - Fluent in speaking and writing

Soft skills

·  Good interpersonal skills given the high number of stakeholders
·  Keen to work in an innovative and changing environment
·  Good ability to listen and flexibility is a prerequisite as the scope of work can vary depending on demand and priorities.
·  Result driven within planning/budget constraints
·  Able to work transversally with different teams (with Group Procurement & Sourcing members or with entities) with no hierarchical structures

Experience

·  0 -3 years professional experience required
·  Experience working in an international / multi-cultural environment.
