Description of the job

A vacancy for a Software Development Engineer (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join “TL3 EF Embedded RTS Development”.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Analysis of Software-Requirements for Eurofighter Mission Computer
·  Development and maintenance of design and documentation of Eurofighter Mission Software
·  Development of source code of an embedded Real Time Software
·  Development and execution of unit- and Integration tests
·  Development, maintenance and documentation of support software and simulation environment

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Completed studies in engineering / real-time software
·  Experience in CM Fundamentals / CM Planning
·  System-oriented thinking
·  Lean in engineering
·  English: fluent / business fluent
