Être alternant chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Management des Risques & Opportunités

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe ERM & Audit, nouvellement créée et directement rattachée au CEO. Cette équipe a pour rôle notamment de renforcer le Risk Management d’ATR et de le rendre très opérationnel. Elle interagit avec toute l’entreprise et vient se positionner en Business Partner des Programmes et des Fonctions.

·  Mise en place d’une Digital Control Room (DCR) pour manager les Risques & Opportunités d’ATR
·  Analyses techniques et programmatiques
·  Co-animation de séances d’identification de risques et d’opportunités, actions de mitigation, arbres de pannes, « bow tie » et « what if scenarios » (méthodologies propres au risque management),…
·  Participation à la campagne sur l’Anticipation

Cette alternance est faite pour vous:

·  vous vous orientez vers un niveau BAC+5 dans le domaine de l’engineering / aéronautique 
·  vous avez de solides connaissances en aéronautique
·  vous disposez d’un bon esprit de synthèse, vous avez de fortes capacités d’écoute et un bon relationnel
·  vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
·  Anglais / français (l’italien serait un atout supplémentaire)

Comment se passe le processus de recrutement ?

Le processus de recrutement se passe en deux étapes après l’analyse de votre CV :

·  Entretien vidéo pré enregistré HIREVIEW  : Tout d’abord félicitation ! Votre profil nous intéresse et nous souhaitons en savoir un peu plus sur vous. Vous recevrez une invitation par email à répondre à plusieurs questions. Nous aimerions que vous soyez vous-même, que vous vous détendiez et que vous profitiez de l'expérience.
·  Entretien technique Manager : Dernière étape du processus vous y êtes presque ! Le responsable du stage vous contactera pour un entretien de validation.

Risk & Opportunity Management

You will join the newly created ERM & Audit department, reporting to the CEO. This team has the mission to boost Risk Management in ATR and make it very operational. It interacts with the whole company and is positioned as a Business Partner f Programmes & Functions.

·  Set up of a Digital Control Room (DCR) to manage Risks & Opportunities in ATR
·  Technical & programmatic analyses
·  Co-animation of Risks & Opportunities identification sessions, mitigation actions, fault trees, « bow tie » and « what if scenarios » (risk management methodologies),…
·  Participation to the Anticipation Campaign

This apprenticeship is designed for you

·  You are going to integrate a BAC + 5 level in the field of Engineering / Aeronautics
·  You’ve got good knowledge on aeronautics
·  You’re able to see the big picture and have good listening as well as communication skills
·  You’re at ease with IT tools
·  English / French (Italian would be a plus)

How does the recruitment process work?

The recruitment process takes place in two stages after the analysis of your CV:

·  Pre-recorded video interview HIREVIEW: First of all, congratulations! We are interested in your profile and would like to know a little more about you. You will receive an invitation by email to answer several questions. We would like you to be yourself, relax and enjoy the experience.
·  Technical interview with Manager: Last step of the process you are almost there! The course manager will contact you for a validation interview.
