Key tasks
The Welcomer or Receptionist is the person that welcomes the guests as they arrive at the hotel. Main responsibilities include:-
- Welcome guests to the hotel at the lobby
- Performs Check in / Check Out duties
- Interface between the guest and all other hotel services
- Is availble 24/7 for guest interaction
- Is always visible at the hotel lobby

Languages essential Arabic (Primary tongue)

Essential and optional requirements
- Arabic & English speaking is MANDATORY
- Prior experience in a similar role in a 5 Star hotel is required
- Great communicaion Skills
- Familiar with the hotel Opera system
