Job Description

What will you be doing?

·  Process & input FIT & corporate reservations via phone, email & other channels
·  Maintain fluency with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty Program
·  Provide efficient, friendly & professional service to all guests
·  Be the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiries
·  Liaise with the relevant Hotels to ensure that you we can deliver on service requests

Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

·  Service oriented with an eye for detail.
·  Confident & articulate communication, negotiation, relationship & networking skills
·  Time management skills with the ability to multitask 
·  Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition & high level of energy
·  Passion for hospitality
