Job description

Key tasks

Maintains the standards of M Spa etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff. Responsible for overseeing daily aspects of all guest services areas including customer service, scheduling and yield management for all arriving in-house guests. Consistency and understanding when implementing M Spa’s business objectives, as they relate to operations, guest service, finance, human resources, marketing and health & safety is imperative.
