Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for guest satisfaction and informs Supervisor for special guest request.
Ensure tables are set up according to hotel standards and ensures all service items are clean and in good condition.
Pick up orders of guests from bar or kitchen.
Produce checks, receive payments and settle checks according to established procedures.
