Key tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of security within the Hotel at all times whilst on duty;
- Provide support to the Safety & Security Supervisor(s) & Assistant Safety & Security Manager;
- Protects all guests’ patrons and employees of their belongings;
- Responsible for securing all hotel properties, staff and clientele in accordance with the procedures as stipulated in the security manual;
- Enforce the Hotel’s Rules and Regulations;
- Observes guest and others, patrol lobbies, corridors, back of the house areas, outlets and surroundings to detect infringement or suspicious person courteously;
- Keep a watchful eye on Luggage’s and other belongings left unattended;
- Conduct investigations and keep superiors informed on accidents involving disturbance, accident, losses, thefts, etc. occurring in the hotel during their tour of duty;
- Confers with superiors regarding findings, prepares necessary reports.
