Key tasks
Hotel à fort prof séminaires (70% des couverts ),vous serez en charge de gérer tout à la fois la carte Novotel café et les prestations séminaires pour les approvisionnement et la production culinaire,dans le plein respect de réglés d’hygiène.Vous assisterez les chef de cuisine dans la gestion,l'animation et la représentativité du service ainsi que dans la relation avec les services périphériques (commercial et salle ).Vous serez force de proposition dans l’élaboration de offres du jour et des prestations banquets+sur-mesure.Votre expérience précédente réussie sera un atout déterminant sur ce point.
