Job description

Key tasks

You are responsible for implementing strategies to optimise the revenue of the hotels in your country. You are in charge of deploying the relevant processes, training, methods and tools and you ensure that all of the Revenue Management processes are operational in the hotels in your country or area. You carry out strategic analyses to optimise the revenue of Accor hotels in the country, and you ensure that they are always consistent with the market. You organise Human Resources to implement Revenue Management methods and maintain a high level of training. You recommend appropriate sales actions. You analyse the impacts of future strategies and help the hotels to achieve or surpass their targets. You portray the best possible image of the Accor group. You communicate information from headquarters. You analyse the brands' market positioning and help the hotels with their procedures. You support new hotel openings and brand changes. You organise and supervise the quarterly collection of leisure and business prices. You organise Revenue Management training. You check the market position of hotels on the market. You identify the different seasons so as to choose the best strategy for each period. You are constantly checking that the main guidelines are adhered to.
