Job description
Key tasks
This position is concerned with the responsibilities for the operation of the Restaurant on a daily basis, commanding directly captains, waiters, waitress and bus boys.

Essential and optional requirements
- Must possess a basic knowledge of administration procedures.
- Must have completed the Train-the-Trainer and supervision techniques courses.
- Should be pleasant in appearance and personality.
- Must possess a good understanding of English (Advanced level: score of at least 90%, with the ability to read and write the English Language.
- Must have self-initiative and good Associate relations.
- Must show flexibility and a willingness to work.
