Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in FB outlet and banquet area.
- Responsible for holding daily briefings and monthly communication of food service and preparation with employees.
- Completes weekly restaurant inspection; checks overall restaurant appearance, the repair of its fixtures, fittings and operating equipment.
- Participates in the planning of menus & beverage lists.
