A position of Operations Manager role has opened up at ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge. We are looking for a motivated & talented professional to take the reigns ideally by 1st July 2019 and lead our team of amazing professionals!

Your typical day at the hotel…

•Assisting the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services.
•You will create a relationship with the guest throughout their stay by coming up with a solution to all their needs & gaining their loyalty.
•You will participate in various operations tasks where required and oversee the good application of those procedures.
•You will look after your team and support them by facilitating their development and by helping to bring the best out of them.

STARTING DATE: 1st of July 2017 (possibility to start earlier)
SALARY: from £27000 per annum depending on experience and up to 35% annual bonus, pension scheme with increased contributions, Private Medical Insurance and other benefits.
