MISSION
The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager of the hotel.
His / Her responsibility is to provide leadership and strategic planning to hotel operations in support of our service culture, operation excellence and guest satisfaction. The role will include key responsibilities such as;

Supporting all departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and guidance.
Driving efforts to achieve / exceed the hotel’s targets, objectives and KPIs.
Support the General Manager in the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel, assuming the responsibilities of the General Manager in his absence.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 6 years experience in a management role in a well-known property/brand
Arabic Speaker
Rooms Division background
UAE experience is a plus
Be able to lead and foster excellence
Should be creative, innovative and passionate about hotel operations
Should have excellent financial acumen and business knowledge to ensure delivering expected business results
