Internship - Assistant Training Manager [Start date September 2020]

You will work together with the Learning & Development specialist and your colleagues in the hotels.

What will you do?

·  Coordination and planning of training programmes;
·  Development of trainings;
·  Talent management;
·  Change management;
·  Training plans for opening hotels;
·  Development programmes worldwide.

·  Someone with strong communicative skills and the ability to adapt communication to various types of audiences.

·  Someone with both excellent Dutch and English language skills.
