We are looking for a Hotel Administrator to join the team at ibis London Blackfriars.

Ibis Blackfriars is a beautifully designed contemporary and exciting hotel in a vibrant area of London, whether you are staying for business or pleasure. Located just minutes away from the City and London's famous Southbank, you will be within walking distance of Waterloo Station and some of the capital's most famous landmarks, including the London Eye, Tate Modern and St Pauls Cathedral.

Part of the largest hotel group in the world, Accor, we are now recruiting for a Hotel Administrator who will bring their personality and skill to the role!

What will you be doing?
• Responds to all Guest Feedback through VOG, Trust You, Trip Advisor etc
• Ensures daily Food and beverage reports are checked before validation by management.
• Ensures that Hotel invoices are processed, reconciled, reported and sent to Accounting centre on a weekly basis.
• Food & Beverage reporting – complimentary/vouchers, food stock counts & reconciliation (spot checks) and Beverage consumption sheet in case of drink order
• Ensures that all Food and Beverage invoices are reported to the appropriate document and sent to accountant as per company procedure.
• Accounts Payable preparing invoices for payment for the Accounting Centre
• City Ledger – reconcile payments, follow up clients for payments and reporting on the aged debt balance
• Is responsible for Hotel End of the Month procedure (provisions, commissions , subcontracting hours and float safe counts)
• Audits are planned and action plan follow up.
• Administrative Support for Talent & Culture if required
• Planet 21 Representative
