Key tasks

Responsibilities:

•Provide attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors

•Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external)

•Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure

•Ensure that a warm atmosphere is provided, both in proactive service and ambiance

•Ensure messages are accurate and passed on promptly

•Promote AccorHotels' loyalty programmes
