Create a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department and the Hotel.
Be responsible for the creation of pastry and bakery menu
Ensure the quality level of the pastry section is always at the top level
Ensure sufficient production, presentation, marketing and guest satisfaction.
Ensure to control the expenses in the Pastry section efficiently
Ensure the team engagement and satisfaction at all times
Provide functional assistance and direction to Pastry and Kitchen operation
Coordinate functions and activities with other F/B departments.
Maintain interdepartmental working relationships effectively
