Key tasks

In charge of Operational departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage & Security) as well as Guest journey/experience.
Works closely with GM on Hotel wide projects & & lead HODs to roll out Action plans.
Supervise regular audits & internal controls.
Implementation of Accor projects & culture within the Hotel.
Represent the General Manager during his absence.
