Key tasks

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out kitchen tasks given by Executive Sous Chef under Hotel standards. He / she will provide daily support for the culinary team, contribute and work as a team leader in the general operation of the kitchen, offering to assist fellow colleagues when required.

Essential and optional requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in Western Kitchen and at least 2 years’ experience at supervisory level
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Good team player, self-motivated, strong leadership skills & excellent interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Thai cuisine
- Thorough knowledge of operations in both hot and cold kitchens
