Key tasks
Purpose of role:
Support Head of Marketing in the implementation of the Novotel Brand and Marketing plan focusing on Awareness, Communication platforms, Experience (Product and Services) and network/partner animation.
• Brand day-to-day implementation contact and main hotel relay.
• Supports Head of Marketing in delivery of the Brand and Marketing plans
• Responsible for regular brand updates with ambassador approach (info & promote HS services)
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Brand & Marketing Plan Implementation:
• Take day-to-day ownership of projects from the Brand and Marketing ICP
• Obsess about Project/Campaign ROI
2. Awareness/Comms:
• Support in development of key communication platforms and providing info/briefs for the content hubs.
• Provide brand priorities in ICP content hub e,g E-communications (Ecards and Enews), social
• Day-to-day follow-up of content hub actions and interface
• Evaluate campaigns and determine ROI against actions with BI unit
• Management of brand iconography (hotel photography, video) and champion for ensuring optimal ah/brands.com hotel factsheet content.
3. Hotel Support:
• Support on-boarding of partners and ensure simple and clear tools/guidelines/templates are available
• Support new openings/ refurbishment (pre-opening activities, photoshoot, opening kit, campaign launch)
• Ownership of Tars descriptions and objective to have optimal onsite content – developed with content hub
• Work on local marketing plans for key properties/refurbs
4. Partner Management:
• Day-to-day contact for partners for brand queries
• Proactive sharing of brand news and PR
5. Experience / Product Quality:
• Work with hotel GM’s in guest experience, product and service topics with focus on in-hotel support
• Support brand product/experience implementation (e.g Music, music-on-hold, brand identifiers etc.)
• Ensure brand DNA and essentials tools are up to date and accessible
6. Budget Management:
• Follow-up budget and invoicing/ payment process
• Manage printed stock
• Update on a regular basis for internal stakeholders
