Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for the revenue management of both Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra and Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort;
Formulate and deploy transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies, utilizing rate strategy and analysis design to maximize revenue and margin for the market from a rate and occupancy perspective;
Monitor the pricing of competitors, understand the dynamics of the local market;
Facilitate and lead revenue strategy meetings in accordance with the regional standards;
Drive Market Share (RGI) and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management;
Manage/monitor central reservation system and global distribution systems to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and align with Sofitel’s best available rate and pricing philosophy;
Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy and revenue forecast report.
Provide the hotel management with regular updates on hotel performance including market share, distribution effectiveness, and channel metrics;

Essential and optional requirements

Previous hotel Revenue Management experience;
A comprehensive understanding of the upper-upscale or luxury hotel industry;
Excellent financial preparation and analysis skills (budgets, P&L, revenue management).
Excellent communications, organization and high level guest relation skills.
Knowledge of Internet marketing and 3rd party business is a must;
Advanced level in using Excel, TARS, Opéra ;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
