Analyst, Payroll/HRM Systems Data

This position will oversee and support Canadian and US Hotels in their implementation of Ceridian Dayforce in their preparation of current and historical payroll and HR systems data for migration into the testing and production environments and to ensure data is  complete and accurate.

What you will be doing:

·  Conduct initial data audit of property’s legacy Payroll/HRM system data, make preliminary  corrections where appropriate and formatting initial data templates
·  Educate and provide ongoing guidance to property on their requirements to audit the data templates and make required corrections
·  Partner with property to conduct secondary audit to ensure complete, updated and accurate information for purposes of UAT (user acceptance testing)
·  Partner with Analyst, Payroll and Workforce Management and Analyst, G/L and Labour Management System to ensure data templates incorporate correct mapping of genral ledger codes, job/dept/positions and labour management system (Watson) data.
·  Partner with Ceridian to ensure successful load of data templates to test environment
·  In preparation for the property going live in the production environment, review updated legacy Payroll data templates from Ceridian and make corrections where appropriateEnsure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
·  Partner with Ceridian to ensure successful load of fresh start data tempates to production envirmonment

Your experience and skills include:

·  2 - 4 years of experience in Payroll and HRM systems administration, Dayforce experience a definite asset
·  Skilled using MS Excel to combine, integrate and review data - comfort with the xml format a definite asset 
·  Ability to learn systems and processes quickly trong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable

Your team and working environment:

·  Based at the North & Central America Regional Office in Toronto, Ontario, this position is part of a new Project Implementation team.
