Summary：

We are looking for an entry-level Game Designer to join our development team in Shanghai to design, prototype and develop top-notch AI on thrilling AAA Games.

 

Responsibilities：

 

-          Transform high-level ideas into detailed and well thought-out concepts

-          Come-up with new feature to support the game vision in innovative ways

-          Demonstrate new concepts through hands-on Prototyping

-          Design, document and follow up new features throughout iterative cycles

-          Work closely with Programmers and Animators to integrate and balance gameplay data

-          Integrate gameplay data, balance game features and setup the related auto tests

-          Continuously review the version and improve on the current design

-          Research and remain current on industry trends, tools and methods

-          Strong grasp of Game Design principles

-          Familiar with prototyping and visual scripting systems

-          Excellent Communication and presentation skills

-          Good level of English (both written and spoken)

-          Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

-          Positive and constructive mindset

-          Curiosity and critical thinking

-          Passion for making and playing games
