Description :

·To carry out all routine maintenance & repair activities of all the instruments at UF/RO plant.

·Troubleshoot all online process monitors and analyzer instruments.

·Analysis of faults and reporting to the Instrument Field Engineer/Supervisor.

·Propose suitable modifications to enhance the reliability of the system in process.

·Perform all scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities with optimum utilization of resources (Material & Manpower).

·Capable to execute the new installations & modification works whenever required.

·Prepare material request for maintenance/repair/modifications.

·Provide support to WH/Store keeper for necessary spare parts inventory, material receipt & issue, inspection of new spares & etc.

·Document & Recordkeeping of all maintenance activities performed and instrument calibration reports.

·To maintain good housekeeping & adhere EHS requirements in carrying out all the instrument activities.

·Coordinate with Production Team for reduced downtime of instrument's failures to prevent production loss.

·Maintain the tools by regular inspections

·Optimal utilization of available resources with appropriate time & cost management

The Instrument Field Technician will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and in functional to Instrument Field Engineer. He will be responsible to carry out maintenance/repair activities for all instruments in UF/RO plant along with new installations/modifications whenever required.

·Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control discipline or ITI in Instrumentation or Instrument trade certificate.

·Minimum 3 years work experience is required with Diploma and 8 years for ITI technician

·At least 2 years maintenance work experience, preferably in water & waste water treatment plant/Desalination plant/RO plant/power/petroleum/chemical or any other continuous manufacturing process industry

·Ability to read write & speak English.

·Good knowledge on the concept of Automation.

·Good interpersonal skills

·Ability to repair/calibrate all online process instruments

Qualification/ requirement:

·Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control discipline or ITI in Instrumentation or Instrument trade certificate.

·Minimum 3 years work experience is required with Diploma and 8 years for ITI technician
