STATION F est le plus grand campus de start-up au monde, financé par Xavier Niel. Ouvert depuis juin 2017 à Paris, nous hébergeons plus de 1.000 start-up. Nous sommes fiers d’être un lieu unique et international qui place les start-up au centre de tous ses projets et leur offre tous les services dont elles ont besoin pour se développer. Les 34,000 m2 accueillent également un techlab, un auditorium ainsi que d’autres espaces événementiels, des restaurants et bars, un pop-up store, un bureau de poste et des programmes et bureaux partenaires. Flatmates, une résidence de co-living pouvant accueillir 600 entrepreneurs à 10 min de STATION F doit également ouvrir en 2019 à Ivry-sur-Seine.

STATION F is the biggest startup campus in the world, backed by Xavier Niel. Open since June 2017 in Paris, we house 1000+ startups. We pride ourselves on being a unique, international, all-inclusive startup space where startups come first. The 34,000 sq meter building also houses a makerspace, an auditorium and other event spaces, restaurants and bars, a pop-up store, on-site services, a post-office and partner offices and programs. In addition, living amenities for 600 entrepreneurs are being built in Ivry sur Seine, 10 minutes away from Station F.

Reports to: Head of Startup Programs

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will play an important role in the Startups team, the team that is overseeing all 33 programs for the campus including the Founders & Fighters Programs, being exposed to a wide variety of topics ranging from business development to community building and customer service. This is a customer-facing role that will allow you to interact directly with a large variety of residents and visitors from the Station F community and startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for providing support to the Startups team for various projects - including working on startup selection for different programs, or handling our Selection Board.

This role provides first-hand experience in business development, community building and customer service. This role is ideal for anyone who wants to expand their network and gain a better understanding of the startup ecosystem.

RESPONSABILITIES

-Support the Startups team with handling various aspects of their programs, including the selection process

-Assistance with analytics and metrics related to different programs

-Administrative support for different projects, including workshop or events organization

-Support with Selection Board relations

Preferred Experience

1) We currently have 2 programs for which we handle startup selection internally - the Founders Program and the Fighters Program. Take a look at the application and the different steps. Recommend 3 improvements we can make to the selection process.

2) We have 100 top-level entrepreneurs that help us select startups for our Founders Program. These entrepreneurs are part of the Selection Board. We would like to get them more involved in our community - but they are people who have their own companies to run and they have limited time. Please tell us about an event you would organize with them that would allow them to meet startups and get involved in our community.

3) Please tell us about 3 startups you love and why. Try not to say well known startups like Airbnb or Dropbox.

4) In your opinion, what are the top 3 startup programs in the world? Please don’t say Station F - we have 33 programs on campus.

5) We would like to have more startup applicants from abroad. Please name 3 ways we could increase the number of international applications.
