Faircraft is looking for a Project Manager to support the development of its cell culture based alternative to animal leather.

You will work closely with multiple teams (Applied Research, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Sales) and our corporate contacts in order to support the development, industrialization and launch of our product range.

Your missions

· 
Definition and prioritization of development needs based on input from internal development teams and external stakeholders (clients, industrial partners);

· 
Implementation and monitoring of development roadmaps in collaboration with development teams;

· 
Identification of potential delays and decision-making to ensure development timelines are met;

· 
Organization and facilitation of project meetings, demonstrating clear, demanding, and constructive communication;

· 
Participation in cost estimations and commercial proposals;

· 
Contribution to the drafting and budgeting of funding applications;

· 
Benchmarking and competitive monitoring, as well as market research for new projects.

Afin d’accélérer sa croissance, Faircraft recherche un.e Chef de Projet pour accompagner le développement de son alternative au cuir animal, basée sur la culture cellulaire.

Vous travaillerez étroitement avec l’ensemble des équipes (Recherche Appliquée, Industrialisation, Fabrication, Commercial) et nos interlocuteurs corporate dans l’objectif d’accompagner le développement et la mise sur le marché de nos produits.

Vos mission

· 
Définition et priorisation des besoins en développement en s'appuyant sur les équipes de développement en interne et les parties prenantes externes (clients, partenaires industriels);

· 
Mise en place et suivi des roadmaps de développement en s'appuyant sur les équipes de développement;

· 
Identification des éventuels retards, prise de décision pour assurer les plannings de développement;

· 
Mise en place et animation de réunions projet, en faisant preuve d'une communication claire, exigeante et bienveillante;

· 
Participation aux chiffrages et propositions commerciales;

· 
Participation à la rédaction et au chiffrage des demandes de financements;

· 
Benchmark et suivi de la concurrence, études de marché pour de nouveaux projets.

Profil recherché

(EN)

·  You have a double technical/business background and hold a MSc. in Life Sciences with additional training in Marketing and/or Strategy. You have a first experience in the development of technological projects or products, or in consulting;
·  You are curious and passionate about new technologies, you are not afraid to interact with multidisciplinary technical teams;
·  You are organized and very rigorous while having a strong qualitative requirement in your work;
·  You are dynamic and convincing, and are strongly attracted to the technological dimension of our business and to the impact sector;
·  You are diplomatic, with excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral.

·  Doté d’une double casquette technique / business, tu es diplômé.e d’une Grande École d’Ingénieur ou d’un Master en sciences de la vie avec une formation complémentaire en marketing et/ou stratégie. Tu justifies d’une première expérience dans le développement de projets ou produits technologiques, ou dans le conseil;
·  Tu es curieux et passionné.e par les nouvelles technologies, interagir avec une équipe technique pluridisciplinaire ne te fais pas peur;
·  Tu es organisé.e et très rigoureux.se tout en ayant une forte exigence qualitative dans ton travail;
·  Dynamique et convaincant.e, tu es fortement attiré.e par la dimension technologique de notre activité et par le secteur de l’impact;
·  Tu sais faire preuve de diplomatie, doté.e d’un excellent sens de la communication en français et en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
