Good Brands is an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands, with modern values and distribution channels. At launch we are first targeting the skincare, household products and food supplements industry for the first phase, under the brand of Typology.
Our ambition is to re-imagine the consumer industry, by changing radically how products are made and sold.

We’re looking for someone to work closely with our founder along with our founder along with the HR team
(assistant to CEO, office management, recruitment, admin, internal communication) to help shape and build the future of our office.
You’d spend your time:
• Structuring & documenting HR processes
• Job posting
• Managing employees files
• Supporting recruitment processes
• Supporting internal communication
• Maintaining offices tidy & homely
• Welcoming office visitors
• Collecting office deliveries
• Supporting organisation of events & team buildings
...as well as assisting our founder:
• Agenda coordination and travel arrangements
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Collating and filing expenses
We're looking for someone resourceful, dynamic and welcoming. Someone looking for an opportunity to discover all HR related topics as well as the startup environment where “open-minded”, “get shit done” and “extra-mile” values drive everyone in our teams.
A former experience in HR / admin / finance / service related jobs would be a plus.
There are currently 2 people in the HR team: 1 Office Manager and 1 Talent Manager. You would be reporting to the latter.
